Well I'm going to try my hand at binding an F hole, as a matter of fact 2! I'm open for all suggestions but the one question I have at the moment is, when using plastic binding do you use one continuous piece? There are some pretty sharp corners to get around.
My first thought was to use shorter pieces and miter the ends, but I'm not really know for my thought process so

Dale--Not sure but I believe most use four pieces to do a "traditional" F-hole. The purflin miters are the fun part.
